Bead Bugs shows you how to construct all manner of insects from beads and found objects; from spiders and scorpions to slugs and even a praying mantis!
Folk Art Needlecraft contains lots of projects based on traditional motifs and stitches from around the world, the techniques come with clear instructions and pictures explaining everything you need to know and includes bags, purses, children's projects, things for the home, gifts and accessories.
The next few books are old favourites which I can't resist!
The Little Book of series includes Beaded Crusts and Tassels, Embroidered Garden Flowers and Parterre and Knot Gardens in French Knots.
These are lovely little books which I've been meaning to get for some time and may not get as far as the shop!
Threadwork by Ellie Mitrofanis shows you how to use textured stitches, beads and cords to their full advantage. This is one of my most thumbed through books which I would love to have time to work through!
I've also had in lots of new crochet and knitting books - too many to show you here so come in and ask to see them.
Can't wait to see these books which are due in next week:
